Kitchen Farms a fourth-generation potato farm operated by Don Kitchen and family located in Elmira. The farm grows hundreds of acres of potatoes each year, including russets, whites, yellows, and reds that can be found in major retailers across the state. The farm has a three-year rotation to allow them to "feed" the soil in between growing seasons. This process helps keep the soil healthy and provides the farm with the high-quality potatoes Michigan has grown to know and love. Kitchen Farms is strictly a fresh market farm, meaning only grow high-quality potatoes for your plate.
